At Jeevan Aadhar Charitable Trust, donations once made cannot be canceled or refunded, as they are immediately used for charitable activities and welfare projects. However, in case of a genuine error such as duplicate donation, wrong amount deduction, or technical issue, donors may request a refund within 7 working days of the transaction. Such requests will be reviewed, and if found valid, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method. The Trust reserves the right to approve or deny refund requests at its discretion.
